The Agway inventory product mix includes Seasonal Home & Hardware, Lawn & Garden, Bird Food & Supplies, Pet Food & Supplies, Animal Health Needs and Farm Products. Fixed Assets are all of Agway's material handling equipment located at both DCs which includes, but is not limited to over seventy-five (75) Raymond/Crown/Toyota/Clark and Ryder electric and LP reach, order picker and stand-up forklifts, 3 OTTAWA Yard Goats, over 2,000 sections of assorted 16'-20' pallet racking, two (2) Seed Bag Filling Lines, including 4000#, Conical Bottom, Air Gate, mounted on metal frame, 3000# Silo , Conical Bottom, Air Gate, mounted on metal frame, ESP  Mdl. GB-32Bag Fillers, and Universal Hopper/Elevators. Sold separately is a Small Bag Filling line that includes, but is not limited to, a Tote Platform, TP Taylor Scale Filler, Fischbein Sexon2 Hot Air Continuous Sealer. Interested parties should READ THE FULL BIDDING PROCEDURES before submitting a bid. The Fixed Assets offered for sale is a bulk sale subject to overbid of all the Fixed Assets referenced above that are being purchased by the Stalking Horse Bidder. In addition, the Stalking Horse Bidder has agreed to sell the Remnant Inventory as Agway's Agent. Parties interested in submitting an overbid as to the Fixed Assets, must accompany their bid with a cash deposit of not less than $61,500. The initial overbid must be not less than $648,450. In regard to competing overbids as to the disposition of liquidating the Remnant Inventory, interested parties must include in their overbid a similar proposal not less favorable than the Stalking Horse Bid and/or make a cash offer to purchase the Remnant Inventory.
