A super sensor with unprecedented capabilities, ViMo connects to the cloud wirelessly by LTE or WLAN without requiring additional infrastructure. All Assets are being sold IN BULK to the highest qualified bidder at a public sale which includes all of debtor’s assets including but not limited to intellectual property, patents, customer list, data, sensors, tooling, general intangibles and work-in-process.

The sale will be a public sale, by auction, with reserve. At the present time, the Debtor is obligated to Secured Party in the amount of approximately $26M. To participate in the sale, Bidders must submit written copies of their Bid to Seller no later than 5:00pm (PST) on March 2, 2020. The Purchase Price must be paid by wire transfer, certified check, or a cashier’s check in lawful money of the United States no later than the close of business on March 6. 2020, except Secured Party, may credit bid as set forth above.
